1. Full Refunds

- Returned products must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- All refund requests must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Exchanges
- You may request an exchange within 14 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for any exchange.

3. Change of Heart Returns
- If you wish to return an item due to a change of heart, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
- Returns are subject to inspection by the Seller.
4. Damaged or Defective Goods
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, including photographic proof of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. This applies only to purchases made directly through www.khalase.com.
- All defective products are subject to inspection by the Seller.
5. Eligibility for Returns

6. Handling & Opening Instructions
Stemware is fragile and requires careful handling. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the following guidelines are followed to avoid breakage:
- Always unpack and handle glassware with care.
- Use both hands to support the base and stem when removing stemware from packaging.
- Avoid applying pressure to the stem or bowl of the glass.
Khalase Glassware will not be held responsible for breakages that occur due to improper handling after delivery.
